Chateau Bianca now provides extensive resources – exclusively to the trade – for mid to high end projects. Our goal is to help you build revenue in your business and take care of your purchasing needs with a seamless and experienced vendor process.
This program works great for case-goods, upholstery, lighting, hardware, artwork, outdoor, accessories and more. As designer ourselves, we know how tough it can be when you have one item to purchase from a vendor who has minimums but together we can make it work and the more we purchase the better pricing we all get. We've had the privilege of working with all the vendors on the list and more. We have built good strong relationships with all of them so why not share this with all designers.
As you know, depending on the company we receive a certain percentage discount. Within this program, we split the discount.
Any rush orders the designer will be charged shipping fees as this is usually higher than the regular rate.
Receiver Agreement (Optional)
We receive the products & check for defects for you, I keep the products for all members up to a maximum of 2 weeks at no extra cost, anything over that time frame would need to be discussed, arranged in advance and will be charged daily per item until it's picked up. We will let you know as soon as the product is delivered and inspected for damage. If there are any issues with the products we will let you and the supplier know as soon as we see it.
Sales and Additional Discounts
- As members of the group any sales and additional discounts the suppliers sends to Chateau Bianca will be shared with you so we can all benefit. Furniture, lighting, wallpaper and fabric all have specific order days. The schedule for these will be provided when we sign our agreement.
- Not everyone likes sourcing for products but we do! We offer this service at a very low rate. If you need any help on that please fill in the details on this form and I'll be in touch.
- If there is a rush order I will send a quick email to find out if anyone else in the group needs anything. The rush order will be placed within a 4hr window of the notification at which point anything not requested will have to wait for the next order day.
- All rush orders may incur increased shipping fees split amongst the .
- We have an active showroom with private appointments available.
- We are open for Monday and Tuesday for Designers and Trades ONLY.
- Wednesdays through Friday are open to the public during our business hours of 11am to 5pm and 11am to 4pm on Saturdays.
- Some products such as paint, accessories and select furniture may be purchased directly from our showroom.
