We review your inquiry and invite you to Join us for a discovery call to discuss your projects and educate you on how we work. Whether you need design assistance or everything from concept to completion we can guide you in the right direction. If we feel the project is a good fit, we will schedule an in-home consultation.
This is an onsite design consultation for discussing the full scope in detail. We will address the timeline, investment, and objectives for the home/space. Your lifestyle and values are very important to ensure that our design plan is fully tailored to your needs and desires.
A proposal for our services is created after the consultation for your approval. Based on our expertise and data from previous projects we estimate the hours to design, manage and execute the project from concept to completion. On the proposal, we also review our fee structure and policies. Our main priority is building a positive working relationship built on trust and communication from the start of the project.
Once agreed upon and the proposal signed, we invite you to our studio for a kick-off meeting, At the meeting, you'll get to know more about us, and our team, review our style ideas, and your inspiration images, and browse samples for materials and finishes. We will go over our agreement and make sure everyone is on the same page to achieve the best results.
Measurements & Mood Boards
This meeting will be held at the project site, where we will present the design concept for your project, gather feedback and get approval before sourcing pieces for the space. At this time we will also measure, and take photos to help us with our design development
This is an opportunity for our trades team to come in and estimate the work to be completed in combination with our design. The trades team we work with is highly vetted and they are happy to advise on their areas of expertise and happy to answer questions and concerns.
Once the design work is completed, an in-home design presentation is scheduled. We bring everything we have put together for the space including. drawings. renderings, product proposals, and samples. Starting with the color palette, material mix, and inspiration, we walk you through the furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and materials we have sourced for your project. before reviewing pricing, trade estimates, and proposed timelines for project completion.
Once the design is approved, we begin procuring your goods and managing orders, This part of the project is very lengthy and behind the scenes. We understand waiting is not easy, we just ask that you trust the process and our project coordinator will keep you updated with biweekly status updates.
We take project management very seriously and we make sure every detail from procurement, trade work is as specified, deliveries are conducted without incident, quality checks are done all while making sure the project is on budget and schedule.
Once all the trade work is completed and items have been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we then schedule the installation of goods. This is when everything comes together and we present to you a home that has been designed uniquely for you and your family.
